For their one-year anniversary, Pooja and Gary chose an adventurous escape to Marrakech, a place they had long dreamed of discovering together in their own quiet way. Between winding through the city’s vibrant souks, lingering over mint tea, and taking in the rhythm of a culture shaped by desert light and ancient craft, their journey felt both cinematic and deeply personal. They marked the occasion with an anniversary shoot at Amanjena, a tranquil retreat just outside the city, where terracotta walls, palm-lined courtyards, and stillness offered a serene counterpoint to the energy of Marrakech—an effortless setting to celebrate one year, and the many chapters ahead.
